1. No Returns or Exchanges Due to the perishable nature of our food products (flavored Makhana, Makhana cookies), we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. All sales are final.
2. Damaged Products – Replacement Only We take utmost care in packaging and shipping our products. However, if your product arrives damaged, we offer a replacement for the damaged item(s) under the following conditions:
- Notification: You must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@surumakhana.com.
- Proof of Damage: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged product and its packaging. This helps us understand the issue and improve our services.
- Verification: We will review your claim and the provided evidence. If the damage is verified and deemed to have occurred during transit or prior to delivery, we will process a replacement.
- Replacement Process: Once approved, we will ship a replacement for the damaged item(s) to you at no additional cost. The timeline for shipping the replacement will be communicated to you.
3. How to Report Damaged Products To report a damaged product, please:

- Provide your order number.
- Include a detailed description of the damage.
- Attach clear photos or a video showing the damaged product and the packaging.
4. Exclusions This replacement policy does not cover:
- Damage due to improper handling or storage by the customer after delivery.
- Products for which damage is reported after the 48-hour notification period.
- Issues related to personal taste or preference.
- Melted products if left unattended after delivery in warm conditions (though our Makhana products are generally not prone to melting).
